# Refund & Cancellation Policy

## Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, so please email
Herokacloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9219026146 as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may still
return it under the conditions below.

## Returns

We accept returns within **7 days of delivery**, provided the item is:

- unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- in its original packaging with all tags attached
- free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks or damage

To start a return, email Herokacloset@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of
the item. We will confirm within 2 working days and arrange a pickup.

### Items we cannot accept back

- Items marked **Final Sale** or bought during a clearance event
- Items altered or tailored after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window

## Size exchanges

If the fit is wrong, we will exchange the piece for a different size within
7 days of delivery, subject to that size being in stock. Exchanges within
India include one free reverse pickup. If the replacement size is
unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

## Refund timelines

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed
as follows:

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For COD orders we will ask
for your bank details to process an NEFT transfer.

Shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded unless the item arrived
damaged or we sent the wrong item.

## Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email
Herokacloset@gmail.com within **48 hours of delivery** with photographs of the item and the
packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement, or refund
you in full including any shipping charges. The 7-day window does not limit
this; genuine manufacturing defects are covered regardless.

Because every piece is hand-embroidered, slight variations in motif
placement, thread density and colour are characteristic of the craft and are
not treated as defects.

## International returns

Orders shipped outside India can be returned within 7 days of delivery, but
return shipping is at your own cost and customs duties already paid are not
refundable. Email Herokacloset@gmail.com before shipping anything back.
