These terms govern your use of herokacloset.com and any purchase you make
from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you
buy.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the
supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

## Products

We sell hand-embroidered ethnic wear: kurta palazzo sets, co-ord sets and
indowestern pieces.

Because every piece is embroidered by hand, slight variations in motif
placement, thread density and shade are normal and are part of the craft.
Screen colours also vary between devices, so the shade you receive may
differ slightly from what you see.

Product descriptions, fabric details and measurements are given as
accurately as we can. We do not warrant that descriptions are entirely free
of error.

## Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable
taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you
have already placed and paid for.

Payment is collected through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit
cards, net banking and wallets. Your order is confirmed only once payment is
authorised.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a
technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

## Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch
confirmation. We may decline an order where:

- the item is out of stock
- we cannot deliver to your address
- we suspect fraud or misuse
- there has been a pricing or listing error

If we decline an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

## Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refund timelines are set out in our
Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

## Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password
confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at [EMAIL] if you

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone's
rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy content
systematically, or to interfere with the site's operation.

## Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, designs, text, the Heroka name and
logo — belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or our licensors. You may not
reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of
your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We
are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused
by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under
Indian law.

## Force majeure

We are not liable for failing to perform where that failure is caused by
events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes,
government action, or failures of courier or payment networks.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here
when you place your order.
