## Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within **24 to 48 hours** of being placed,
Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are
dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel
leaves us.

## Delivery timelines

Timelines are counted from dispatch, not from when the order was placed, and
exclude Sundays and public holidays. Remote PIN codes may take 1–2 days
longer.

## Shipping partners

Domestic orders ship with reputed courier partners. International orders
ship with DHL.

For all other destinations, any customs duties, import taxes or handling
fees levied by the destination country are payable by you on delivery. These
are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

## Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If a parcel is
returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available
after three delivery attempts, or the parcel was refused, we will contact
you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

## Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is in their hands. We are
not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, customs clearance or other
events beyond our control, but we will help you chase any parcel that stalls
— email [EMAIL] with your order number.
